I think back in the early days of Miss Penny Dreadful, I would have loved this. But now I'm a bit puzzled by it. Apparently this is the 'Touch of magic' lipstick by Barry M cosmetics and turns pink when on your lips. It can vary depending on how alkali your lips are.

The beauty spot - Green lipstick?
